To Order Items:

You may order shirts from PornRockGear.com with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover), or PayPal, a Money Order (US and Canada only) or with a PornRockGear Gift Certificate.

Sorry, personal checks are not accepted.

Our shopping site uses SSL 128-bit encryption from C·O·M·O·D·O (see the lovely red .gif down in the right hand corner of your browser) this seal verifies that your order information and credit card details are secure.

Satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll happily refund your purchase (minus the shipping amount) within the first 30 days of the date you place your order.

How to Place an Order:

Placing an order is easy.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Click on the thumbnail of the shirt/item you would like to purchase.

2. Select the shirt style, color, and size.

3. Then click "ADD TO CART".

4. You must register with the store, it takes two minutes and will give you an easy to use Log-in I.D.

5. Continue through the cart by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying your details and so forth.

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency conversion details for countries other than the U.S. Make sure when entering your credit card information that you enter the EXACT BILLING ADDRESS that your credit card company has listed for your account.

Issues Ordering:

These are some of the most common solutions to ordering problems:

1. Make sure to enter the exact billing address appearing on your credit card statement.
2. Try closing your browser and reopening web page in a new browser, or try restarting your computer.
3. Try another payment method or credit card.
4. Order by mail with money order (US and Canada only).

Wholesale Orders:

If you are a retail outlet or have an interest in bulk wholesale orders, send us an email: sales@pornrockgear.com
In the email, please state who you are, which company you represent and the interest level (i.e., which product(s), quantity, timeline, etc.)
Please also provide accurate contact info, including email, phone number and the best time to be contacted.

Gift Certificates:

PornRockGear.com offers gift certificates for sale in various denominations. You could either send the gift certificate electronically to the recipient, or you could print out the actual certificate and deliver it yourself, personally.

In the categories area click "Gift Certificates" to purchase one.

Custom Shirts:

Do you make customized shirts? We might. Send us whatever it is you'd like printed and we'll let you know.

Shipping Info:

We ship to anywhere in the U.S. Shipping takes 5-7 days for all orders in the United States.

Q. Why does it take 5-7 days for shipping?

A. We ship via the United States Postal Service. Most of the time your order will ship that day and arrive within 3 days. However, just to be safe, we thought we'd let you know that it could take a few days depending on where you live and the USPS.
Also, a few of our designs, in certain styles and colors are very popular, we occasionally run out of stock and have to print you a fresh one. Our shirts are manufactured frequently.

Calculate Costs:

To calculate your total cost, you will have to proceed through the shopping cart (to the page before you enter your credit card details).

1. Choose the shirts you would like then enter your shipping info.
2. You will see the total calculated for the shirt and the shipping combined. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Domestic Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated by your zip code and the weight of your order. You will see the calculated shipping cost when you enter your ship to address and prior to purchasing your product.
Simply click the button "Estimate Shipping".

Countries we ship to:

Currently only shipping in the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

Rush Shipping Orders:

Sorry, currently only standard shipping is offered.

The Shirts We Print On:

PornRockGear.com takes pride in its product. We only print on the highest quality clothing.

Manufacturers we use:

American Apparel (100% sweatshop-free and made in the U.S.) produces excellent fit, styles and colors. 100% fine combed ringspun cotton.

Printing: All of our shirts are made using a high quality silk-screen printing process.

Shrinkage:

American Apparel shirts run small and will shrink approximately a half to a full size (order up one full size when buying our American Apparel line).

Return Policy:

Satisfaction is guaranteed or we'll happily give you a refund or exchange the shirt/item that you purchased, provided they are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within the first 45 days of the date you placed your order (minus the shipping amount).

How to return your item:

We will provide a full refund for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned within 45 days of the date of purchase.
Please provide your name, address, and invoice #.
