How
to Place an Order:
Placing
an order is easy. Follow these
simple steps.
Click on the thumbnail of the shirt/item you would like to purchase.
Select the shirt/item color and size you would like.
Then click "ADD TO CART".
You will need to sign in (if you are a current member) or sign up to
become a member of the site to continue on with the purchase process.
Sign up is free and easy, it will take you two minutes to fill in your
information.
Once complete with the sign up process you may continue through the cart
by entering your shipping details, choosing your payment method, verifying
your details and so forth.
Prices are in U.S. dollars.

Do you make customized shirts? We might. Send us whatever it is you'd
like printed and we'll let you know.
Shipping

We ship to anywhere in the U.S. Shipping takes 7-14 days for all
orders in the U.S. Why does it take 7-14 days for shipping? A few of
our designs, in certain styles and colors are very popular, we occasionally
run out of stock and have to print you a fresh one. Our shirts are manufactured
frequently. However, it takes 7-14 days to process your order, from the
screen printing process to shipping it to your door.
Calculate
Costs:
To calculate your total cost, you will have
to proceed through the shopping cart (to the page before you
enter your credit card details). Choose the shirts/items you
would like, then enter your shipping info. You will see the total
calculated for the items and the shipping combined. Prices are
in U.S. dollars. Please consult your local bank if you need currency
conversion details for countries other than the U.S
Domestic
Shipping Rates:
Shipping and handling rates - Domestic.
USA: Shipping costs are calculated by your zip code and the weight of
your order. You will see the calculated shipping cost when you enter
your ship to address and prior to purchasing your product. We ship items
using the USPS.

All of our shirts and hats are made using a high quality printing process.
No iron-on and no heat transfer are used for our design printing process.
Shrinkage:
American Apparel™ shirts run small and will shrink approximately
a half to a full size (order up one full size when buying our American
Apparel™ line).
Alternative Apparel™ shirts shrink almost a half size.
Return
Policy:
Satisfaction is guaranteed
or we'll happily give you a refund or exchange
the shirt/item that you purchased, provided they
are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within the
first 45 days of the date you placed your order
(minus the shipping amount to receive the product).
You will be responsible for the shipping costs
when returning the unworn product.

to return your item:

for any unworn, unwashed item that is returned
within 45 days of the date of purchase. Please
